How does the Top Gift overlay encourage more gifting?
When viewers see someone else holding the #1 spot, they're motivated to overtake them. That race drives more gifting during your stream.
Can the card show the gifter's profile picture?
Yes. Turn on Flip to gifter avatar and the gift image flips to show the top gifter's profile picture.
Can I show the coin value of gifts?
Yes. Turn on Show value in the counter settings to show the coin value next to the gift count.
Does the Top Gift overlay work with OBS?
Yes! Copy your overlay URL from the BetterTok dashboard, add a Browser Source in OBS, and paste the URL. The overlay works with OBS, Streamlabs, TikTok LIVE Studio and any software that supports browser sources.
Does the top gifter reset between streams?
Turn on Reset on new stream and the card clears when you go live again; leave it off to keep your last top gifter on screen.
