The Actions & Events engine fires automated responses from gifts (any gift, a specific gift or a minimum coin value), follows, likes, shares, comments and chat keywords, Super Fans, gifter and fan club level-ups, viewer milestones, battles and polls. Each trigger fires one or more actions in your configured order: show alerts, animations, images and videos, play sounds, read text aloud, update goals and timers, spin a wheel, add points, call webhooks, switch OBS scenes, send chat messages, press keys and control smart lights and plugs. Per-rule cooldowns are built in to prevent spam, and role gating supports mod, subscriber, and top-gifter conditions. Custom media uploads ship with the platform — no external hosting required.

BetterTok Desktop ships with 100+ text-to-speech voices — Brian, Amy, SpongeBob and multilingual voices — that read gift messages, chat and custom alerts aloud. Custom sound alerts upload as MP3 or WAV with per-alert volume, duration, and cooldowns. Song requests from Spotify or Apple Music run as a live queue with mod / subscriber / top-gifter gating and pair with the Song Requests overlay (11 themes). The Stream Deck plugin lets you fire any action, sound alert, scene change, or overlay animation from a physical button with custom labels and icons. The built-in Trade Calculator computes gift, coin, and Brainrot trade values in USD ($0.0105 per coin across 1,400+ gifts).

BetterTok Desktop syncs with your web dashboard automatically so all settings, overlays, actions, and chatbot replies carry over without manual setup.
